Primary location of the team is Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Noida.</p>\n<p>To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials.</p>\n<p>Job Title: BIM Modeler - Substation (Protection &amp; Control)</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Individual / Technical Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure project documents are accurate, clear, concise, and compliant with best practices and applicable project standards.</li>\n <li>Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li>\n <li>Ensure the drafting scope is delivered within budget and timelines.</li>\n <li>Manage documentation, including preparation and maintenance of drawing registers.</li>\n <li>Support developing BEP’s and BIM project workflow criteria for complex projects</li>\n <li>Conduct regular model audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with naming conventions.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.</li>\n <li>Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.</li>\n <li>Adapt to new tasks and challenges based on evolving business requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with the Arcadis business management system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Team Interaction &amp; Technical Support</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with other drafting team members and support professional development.</li>\n <li>Provide technical advice and guidance to project team members.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing team members to perform at their full potential.</li>\n <li>Promote awareness and compliance with relevant Health &amp; Safety regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Stakeholder Management &amp; Collaboration</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain professional working relationships with Project Managers.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively at all levels using strong interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.</li>\n <li>4+ years of experience in P&amp;C drawings particularly in schematics and panel wiring design.</li>\n <li>Good drafting expertise in substation Protection &amp; Control (P&amp;C) drawings, including protection panel GA, schematics, cable schedules, wiring diagrams, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) interface related documentation.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in BIM-related tools, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, and BIM 360.</li>\n <li>Experience with electrical schematic design software such as E-Plan or equivalent (preferred).</li>\n <li>Capability to develop automation workflows and standardize processes.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of documentation practices aligned with UK standards, including BS EN ISO 19650, BS 8536, and project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in working with multiple software platforms with a solid understanding of interoperability for discipline-specific tasks.</li>\n <li>Ability to prepare and maintain a master drawing list, ensuring accurate document status and timely client submissions.</li>\n <li>Prior experience working on UK-based projects (advantageous).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with UK codes, standards, and industry practices is essential; experience with standards from the USA, Europe, and Australia is an added advantage.</li>\n <li>Experience in consultancy environments, especially within the energy and utilities sector.</li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English, supported by good analytical abilities and proficiency in computer applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
