The Behavior Technician will collect data on programs, provide support with parent trainings, and assist the Behavior Analyst in the behavior assessments.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements. </span></li>\n<li><span>Follow the prescribed behavior skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as assigned. </span></li>\n<li><span>Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior. </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with parent/caregiver training in the line with client individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols. </span></li>\n<li><span>Effective communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a clean, safe and organized work and therapy environment. </span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with treatment team including clients, parents, and caregivers, outside professionals, Lead Behavior Technicians, ABA Interns, and co-workers. </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attend required trainings. </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws. </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform all other tasks as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Worker Specifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly. </span></li>\n<li><span>Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. </span></li>\n<li><span>Basic computer skills and knowledge of Outlook systems. </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. </span></li>\n<li><span>Commitment to ongoing training and development. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training </span></p>\n<p><span>Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings including but not limited to: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>40 Hour RBT Training </span></li>\n<li><span>CPR Certification </span></li>\n<li><span>Detroit Wayne County Trainings</span></li>\n</ul>",
