At TW Constructors, we build more than facilities, we build community support and success.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Project Scheduler builds and maintains the project schedule and the different baselines in accordance with TWC policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the network logic and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. Cost and resource loading including the TWC metrics and general conditions is required on all project schedules so, all report generation and cash flows will be a critical element of the role. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our national team with a passion to work alongside engineers, architects, construction teams, and owners to make our projects more successful.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules. Collection of all pertinent data required to update the schedule. The Scheduler is responsible for collection of update data from multiple sources, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Owners Representatives and subcontractors. All update data shall be approved by the Project Manager prior to incorporation into the schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines. Maintains Project Schedule Baselines in accordance with TWC’s policy regarding Baselines and any additional requirements the Owner’s contracts may include.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Periodic Performance Report Generation. Generation of project specific Performance Reports as well as TWC Standard reports, including but not limited to: Critical Activities Report, Baseline Deviation Report, Earned Value Performance Index Report and Project Cash Flow Report.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules. Required at a minimum on all TWC projects to include the TWC Metrics Resource Set for project staff and General Conditions. As required by the project, updating cost and resource actuals may be required as part of the periodic progress update process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Network Logic Analysis and Validation. On-going analysis of the network logic and validation that it complies with the intent of the project team and that it complies with the TWC Standard Guidelines for network logic. The network logic on-going analysis shall also include removal of extraneous and superfluous dependencies that may cause errors in calculating total float and criticality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting. Preparation of the required reports for the project and shall include assisting with the draft of the Monthly Schedule Narrative.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Schedule Development. Developing schedules from the ground up for both proposals and construction projects. Development of both types of schedules shall be a team effort.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Our projects are nationwide - Travel may be required<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study<br></li>\n<li>3-5  years of experience in commercial project management<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Successful internships or project engineering experience is a plus</span></li>\n<li>Design-Build experience is ideal</li>\n<li>Active jobsite experience and strong safety record </li>\n<li>Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.</li>\n<li>Significant knowledge of construction methods as well as an understanding of municipalities and the permit processes<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Recent expertise and a proven knowledge of <span>Primavera P-6</span> scheduling management system and other related construction programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Project Management experience working for general contractor preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook… and willingness to regularly update skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Knowledge in BIM and how it relates to scheduling and sequencing is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent communication skills, both oral and written</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent listening skills with attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent and efficient quality of work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Motivated, hardworking, team player</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.</span><br>\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n<li>Knowledge of on-screen estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, etc.</li>\n<li>Must be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.</span></li>\n<li>We are a drug free work place, must be able to pass pre and random drug tests</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to lead and motivate team members</li>\n<li>Thoughtful and confident decision making skills with high ethical standards</li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism</li>\n<li>Problem solving skills and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure</li>\n<li>Service-oriented approach in working with owners, co-workers, and any joint venture partners</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and high level of organization</li>\n<li>Reliable, dependable and professional with a strong sense of urgency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why People Choose TW Constructors</span></p>\n<p>TW Constructors is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and safe workplace where people feel connected, valued, and able to reach their full potential.
