    "description": "<p>Integrity is actively recruiting a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp; Safety Coordinator</span> to join our expanding team!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Health &amp; Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting safety initiatives across all facilities, and helping maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Health &amp; Safety Coordinator will report directly to the Health &amp; Safety Leader.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct injury and incident investigations</li>\n<li>Act as secretary for  for all 7 Joint Health &amp; Safety Committees</li>\n<li>Follow up on corrective actions for safety concerns and hazards</li>\n<li>Assist with ongoing safety training initiatives</li>\n<li>Conduct safety orientations for new hires</li>\n<li>Maintain and update JHSC boards across all facilities</li>\n<li>Work alongside Health &amp; Safety Leader and assist the department as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a Health &amp; Safety related role</li>\n<li>Interest in improving the safety of processes and procedures</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks</li>\n<li>Passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Overview:</span></p>\n<p>Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
