The schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4pm-12am.&nbsp;</strong></em><br />\n<br />\n<strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong><br />\n&bull; Provide&nbsp;<strong>daily living assistance</strong>&nbsp;including hygiene, meal planning, medication protocols, cleaning, and budgeting<br />\n&bull; Develop and implement&nbsp;<strong>individual recovery plans</strong>&nbsp;in coordination with clients, treatment teams, and natural supports<br />\n&bull; Facilitate&nbsp;<strong>rehabilitation groups</strong>&nbsp;and provide interventions to help clients build life skills and maintain stability<br />\n&bull; Monitor and document client progress using electronic health records (EHR) and communication logs<br />\n&bull; Provide&nbsp;<strong>transportation</strong>&nbsp;and accompany clients to appointments as needed<br />\n&bull; Ensure safety and well-being of clients during&nbsp;<strong>all shifts</strong>, including crisis response and overnight supervision<br />\n&bull; Complete&nbsp;<strong>referrals and linkages</strong>&nbsp;to mental health, vocational, and community resources<br />\n&bull; Use principles of&nbsp;<strong>Motivational Interviewing</strong>&nbsp;and support clients with&nbsp;<strong>co-occurring disorders</strong>&nbsp;using the IDDT model<br />\n&bull; Maintain medication logs and ensure safe protocols for self-medication<br />\n&bull; Perform&nbsp;<strong>routine cleaning</strong>&nbsp;and third-shift documentation as required<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Shift Flexibility:</strong><br />\n<br />\nDay, evening, and overnight positions available.&nbsp;<strong>Overnight staff</strong>&nbsp;are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment and monitoring clients while awake and alert throughout the shift.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</strong><br />\n&bull;&nbsp;<strong>Education/Experience:</strong>&nbsp;Two years of college OR high school diploma/equivalent with 2 years of direct care experience<br />\n&bull;&nbsp;<strong>Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Strong communication, basic computer proficiency (Microsoft 365), EHR navigation<br />\n&bull;&nbsp;<strong>Mindset:</strong>&nbsp;Empathy, patience, organization, and a passion for helping others thrive<br />\n&bull;&nbsp;<strong>Licenses:</strong>&nbsp;Valid driver&rsquo;s license with insurable driving record<br />\n&bull;&nbsp;<strong>Bonus:</strong>&nbsp;Public Passenger License (or willingness to obtain &ndash; not required for overnight shifts)<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Why BHcare?</strong><br />\n<br />\nWe are a community-focused organization offering behavioral health and supportive services to individuals across all walks of life.
