          "text": "<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><strong>Regional Security Leadership </strong></p><ul><li>Provide overall leadership and accountability for safety and security operations within the assigned region.</li><li>Serve as the primary regional owner for security readiness, consistency, and execution.</li><li>Partner closely with Campus Pastors, Operations Directors, and ministry leaders to integrate safety into all aspects of campus life.</li><li>Represent the Security Ministry as a trusted leader and pastoral presence</li></ul><p><strong>Weekend Campus Security Operations </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee on-site security operations during weekend services, special events, and high-attendance gatherings.</li><li>Maintain a visible, calm, and confident presence that promotes both safety and hospitality.</li><li>Serve as the lead incident commander for security-related situations during assigned coverage.</li><li>Ensure emergency procedures, policies, and safety standards are consistently followed across services and campuses.</li></ul><p><strong>Volunteer Leadership &amp; Development </strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, lead, coach, and pastor Safety &amp; Security Volunteers across the region.</li><li>Establish clear expectations, roles, and standards for volunteer teams.</li><li>Invest intentionally in volunteer development through training, feedback, encouragement, and spiritual leadership.</li><li>Build strong, unified teams that reflect CCV’s servant leadership culture</li></ul><p><strong>Incident Response &amp; Emergency Preparedness </strong></p><ul><li>Lead response to medical emergencies, behavioral disruptions, facility issues, and critical incidents.</li><li>Execute emergency action plans and coordinate response efforts with staff, volunteers, and external responders.</li><li>Provide decisive leadership while maintaining composure, compassion, and professionalism.</li><li>Deliver clear communication and post-incident follow-up to the Security Director and campus leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Central Safety &amp; Security Projects</strong></p><ul><li>Translate CCV-wide safety strategies into consistent regional execution.</li><li>Lead implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives at the campus level.</li><li>Contribute insights, feedback, and recommendations that shape future security strategy.</li><li>Participate in planning and leadership meetings as a key stakeholder in organizational safety decisions</li></ul><p><strong>Security Systems &amp; Technology Oversight </strong></p><ul><li>Oversee effective use of security technology including surveillance systems, radios, access control, alarms, and mass notification tools.</li><li>Ensure systems are used consistently and responsibly across campuses.</li><li>Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in technology and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Law Enforcement &amp; External Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Support Oversee effective use of security technology including surveillance systems, radios, access control, alarms, and mass notification tools.</li><li>Ensure systems are used consistently and responsibly across campuses.</li><li>Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in technology and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee effective use of security technology including surveillance systems, radios, access control, alarms, and mass notification tools.</li><li>Ensure systems are used consistently and responsibly across campuses.</li><li>Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in technology and procedures.</li></ul>",
