Your key focus areas include system and firmware architecture, motion control algorithms (FOC, torque/speed/position loops), industrial communication protocols (IO-Link, EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFINET) with SIL2/SIL3 safety compliance, and hardware–firmware co-design.
