Our focus is on interiors for luxury hospitality brands coupled with Baker Barrios&rsquo; global portfolio of hospitality work and robust architectural capabilities creates an excellent opportunity to elevate the expertise of both firms into other markets.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The <strong>Senior Interior Designer -</strong> leads interior design and technical documentation across all project phases, from concept through construction administration. The role requires a deep understanding of design concept development, technical execution, and client coordination. Senior Designers are responsible for conceptual design, project deliverables, team guidance, and ensuring that all work adheres to brand standards and project requirements. This position involves collaboration with design directors, project managers, consultants, and vendors, as well as direct interaction with clients and site teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"2fc9517a-4e3a-4a0c-b1c8-b48859897c44\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-model-slug=\"gpt-4o-mini\" id=\"isPasted\"><ul><li>Establish and lead interior design direction for projects.</li><li>Develop and design custom FF&amp;E components (furniture, carpet, lighting).</li><li>Plan interior spaces and create schematic furniture layouts.</li><li>Design interior architectural millwork and inspire creativity within the team.</li><li>Review and redline designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and quality.</li><li>Write, review, and redline FF&amp;E specifications.
