Description
At Hard Rock Hotel Malta , the kitchen is where creativity, consistency, and performance come together. Our culinary team supports multiple outlets and service styles, delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment.
We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations across the hotel.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role within a hotel or professional kitchen environment
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide kitchen teams
Solid knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
A hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented approach
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
