Involves direct communication with the dealer and the applicant to reach quality loan decisions. Will gather necessary information to make sound credit decisions. Responds to application inquiries from selected dealers. Performs other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and business unit. Restricted loan authority with a requirement for a second signer on certain loan amounts.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make quality credit decisions.</li>\n<li>Quick and accurate loan underwriting.</li>\n<li>Decisive and confident in decision making.</li>\n<li>Create solid relations with dealers and continue to strengthen those relations.</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with customers.</li>\n<li>Work well in team environment.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You'd be a great fit with these skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Will interact with department management of the Bank, along with regulators and other outside professionals.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in effective credit underwriting.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and hard working. Must be able to handle multiple functions simultaneously and function in a high-pressure environment.</li>\n<li>Team player.</li>\n<li>Quality non-prime consumer underwriting decisions.</li>\n<li>Ability to successfully work in team environment.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to make sound credit decisions and communicate decisions effectively.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and hard working.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">What you bring:</span></span></span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>College degree in finance or related field preferred.
