Rise Analytics serves a growing network of financial institutions and partners that rely on its technology to transform data into actionable intelligence</strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Overall responsibility:</strong> We are seeking an experienced and AI enabled Senior Product Manager, Analytics to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our analytics product suite &mdash; including both predictive analytics capabilities and regulatory/compliance analytics solutions for financial institutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at translating complex data and regulatory requirements into compelling products, and leads cross-functional teams from conception through launch.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Build a strategic vision, goals, and multi-year roadmap for the Analytics product suite; align with broader business strategy.</li><li>Maintains expert knowledge of the product market, customer trends, and competitive dynamics to ensure the product remains differentiated and market-leading.</li><li>Research and define customer needs; translate those needs into features in an agile development environment. Prioritize ruthlessly &mdash; cut through noise and focus on what matters.</li><li>Define and own product roadmaps, managing the backlog based on customer needs, competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.</li><li>Drive discovery with clients to deeply understand business problems &mdash; including regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., NCUA 5300 Call Report) and data analytics use cases &mdash; and ensure the product portfolio delivers meaningful solutions.</li><li>Define minimum viable product and balance trade-offs across time, effort, investment, and value.</li><li>Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to bring new products and features to market.</li><li>Integrate and operate in partnership with development, UX, business analysts, and scrum masters to ensure products meet market needs.</li><li>Partner with marketing and sales to clearly communicate product benefits and competitive differentiation.</li><li>Lead go-to-market activities to ensure successful launches across the organization.</li><li>Work with product leadership and finance to build product business cases and define customer pricing.</li><li>Build rapport with clients; collect feedback and monitor competitive offerings to continuously sharpen product positioning.</li><li>Understand how data can be used for competitive advantage; work across marketing, sales, and customer service to clarify data use cases and ensure development teams have the datasets they need.</li><li>Own product metrics and drive fast experimentation and iteration.</li><li>Build trust and effective relationships with peers; provide leadership across the division and partner ecosystem.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university; MBA or advanced degree a plus.</li><li>6+ years of product management or FI executive reporting/data analytics experience, with a demonstrated track record of designing, building, and launching products that customers love and drive real business impact.</li><li>Proven experience developing multi-year product visions aligned with business strategy; experience building scalable analytics products with enterprise clients.</li><li>Strong understanding of how data drives competitive advantage; ability to define data collection parameters and use AI tools to propel efficiency and product requirements.</li><li>Strong ability to translate product needs to technology &mdash; and to effectively communicate across leadership, clients, development, and engineering teams.</li><li>Experience with enterprise software or products designed for financial institutions (FIs); FinTech experience required.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills; comfort working with complex financial, operational, and predictive data.</li><li>Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical complexity, committed to flawless execution.</li></ul><p><strong><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Prior experience in banks, credit union or financial services industries.</li><li>Knowledge of NCUA regulations and financial reporting requirements (e.g., 5300 Call Report).</li><li>CPA certification or equivalent financial/accounting background.</li><li>Experience working with external auditors, regulators, and compliance stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong><u>SKILLS/ABILITIES:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage executive leadership, technical teams, clients, and regulators with equal fluency.</li><li>Analytical Thinking: Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, and draw actionable conclusions from complex, ambiguous information.</li><li>Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to quickly learn company-specific platforms and tools.</li><li>Leadership: Proven ability to lead without direct authority; comfortable driving alignment across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS:</u></strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
