Overview The Service Advisor at BMW of Arlington serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, delivering a premium, luxury-level customer experience consistent with the BMW brand. This role involves managing the entire service process—from vehicle intake to final delivery—while ensuring clear communication, accurate recommendations, and efficient coordination with technicians. The Service Advisor plays a key role in building customer trust, driving service revenue, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
