Our experienced team couples advanced product technologies, expert design and engineering services, and a deep understanding of our customers’ applications to provide comprehensive solutions that meet exacting requirements for quality, reliability, and performance. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Minco is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer II to lead and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in PCB (printed circuit board) or flexible circuit fabrication, focusing on continuous process improvement and yield optimization.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and optimize process improvements, equipment qualifications, and implement solutions to improve yield, reduce scrap, and enhance productivity.</li>\n <li>Monitor and continuously improve manufacturing processes, achieving performance goals such as less than 3% scrap and over 99% product performance perfection.</li>\n <li>Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement profit improvement measures across processes and materials.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely technical support for production, engineering, and quality teams.</li>\n <li>Develop and manage comprehensive process documentation that ensures safety, quality, and reproducibility.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure compliance with all relevant standards (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100).</li>\n <li>Implement preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and performance.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to all safety standards and company policies.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCB / flexible circuit / heater fabrication and related processes, such as lamination, laser processing, photolithography.</li>\n <li>Fine wire experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with risk, failure, and statistical analysis tools, as well as ERP systems and Microsoft applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Minco?</strong> </p>\n<p>At Minco, we offer benefits and services that help balance work life and personal life, a competitive wage and benefits package, opportunities for continuous improvement and personal growth, and company celebrations – some of the many reasons that make Minco a great place to work! </p>\n<p>Find out why you would love working at Minco by learning more about our company culture and the rewards of working with us at www.minco.com/careers - then apply!  </p>\n<p>Current Minco Employees: Please apply via your employee page.
