We delivery Tactical Communication Information Systems (CIS) to Land Forces around the world through Vehicle Prime Contractors for fighting and support vehicles. &#xa0;The hardware, software and systems integration that our engineers deliver on a daily basis ensure soldiers are never alone, and always aware. From headquarters to vehicles to the individual soldier, your work helps them accomplish their mission, while keeping them safe.</p><p>We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer co-op to join our International TacCIS System Integration team delivering CIS solutions for armoured vehicles programs for European NATO nations.</p><p>As a Systems Integration Engineer co-op on the International TacCIS team, you can expect to:</p><ul><li>Assist in the setup and execution of product and platform-level tests</li><li>Execute hardware and software tests and record results</li><li>Assist with test logs and files, etc. to support full and complete test documentation</li><li>Support development of test plans, test cases and procedures</li><li>Participate in integration and verification tests in the lab</li><li>Interact with software engineering, systems engineering, and solution teams</li><li>Work with Windows terminals, Networking (routing, VLANs), Microsoft applications, radio secure bearers, voice and data networks, and automation and troubleshooting tools</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing a University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer, Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.</li></ul><p><strong>Assets</strong></p><p>It would be excellent if the candidate had a combination of the following qualities, but we will work with them to grow in these areas:</p><ul><li>Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Enthusiastic contributor, willing to learn new skills and take on ownership of work.</li><li>Sound communication skills and excellent collaboration skills.</li><li>Good presentation skills, preparing and presenting.</li><li>Solid problem solving skills with a willingness to develop a shared understanding of the problem with others.</li><li>Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred</li></ul><p>It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed.
