This role requires a strong background in site preparation, excavation, and grading, along with proven leadership skills to supervise crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Supervise and coordinate grading crews and daily job site activities</li>\r\n\t<li>Plan and execute site grading, excavation, and earthmoving operations</li>\r\n\t<li>Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure proper site layout, elevations, and drainage requirements are met</li>\r\n\t<li>Operate and oversee heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, and excavators</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality of work</li>\r\n\t<li>Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with project managers, surveyors, and team members</li>\r\n\t<li>Track materials, equipment usage, and labor hours</li>\r\n\t<li>Identify and resolve issues related to soil conditions, weather, or site constraints</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>5+ years of grading or earthwork experience, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and site development practices</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with and without GPS machine control systems</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license , and clean driving record is required</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
