Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Assist in Scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Communicate and insure coordination with ASI&rsquo;s, RFI&rsquo;s, addendums and material submittals.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety and environmental quality standards.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Maintain daily log (written and photos) of activities on the jobsite.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Periodically will perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Lead onsite weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate and communicate the work.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work, scheduling or safety.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Perform job progress and completion punch list walks with the client identifying and completing incomplete items.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job-site.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Lead a pre-construction meeting with each subcontractor prior to the start of the work.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Assist in hiring sub-tier employees &ndash;
