    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Onze Workforce Management afdeling stemt ‘vraag’ en ‘aanbod’ op elkaar af. De vraag is het aantal te verwachten klantcontacten, het aanbod is het personeel dat we hiervoor inzetten. We gebruiken data uit het verleden, maar ook trends en voorspellingen voor een zo nauwkeurig mogelijke planning.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Over de rol</strong></p><p>Als Workforce Management Real Time Analyst ben je als het ware de poortwachter van onze klantenservice operatie.</p><p>Je houdt je bezig met het monitoren en opstellen van de roosters van onze klantcontact medewerkers. Hiernaast kijk je naar het monitoren van Intraday voor bijvoorbeeld productiviteit (afhandeltijd) &amp; shrinkage.</p><p>Je neemt ook corrigerende maatregelen zodat kwantitatieve KPI’s worden behaald op dag- en weekniveau.</p><p>De afdeling bestaat uit een divers, gemotiveerd en gezellig team. Geen dag is hetzelfde en daarom kunnen we spreken van een uitdagende functie waarin ontwikkeling en innovatie centraal staan!</p><p>Dagelijkse taken en verantwoordelijke heden zijn o.a.</p><ul><li>Het signaleren van afwijkingen op KPI's richting het Client Team indien agents niet conform rooster actief en/of onvoldoende productief zijn.</li><li>Acties uitzetten n.a.v. gesignaleerde afwijkingen;</li><li>Het voeren en bijwonen van overleggen met Team Leaders en Operations Managers over de gang van zaken, bijzonderheden en uitdagingen.
