This role shapes enterprise-wide approaches to performance management, career development, employee engagement, change management, assessments, and leadership capability—driving organizational effectiveness and enabling corporate employees to grow and thrive.&nbsp;</p><p>You will leverage deep Organizational Development expertise to drive breakthrough organizational effectiveness and enable our corporate employees to grow and thrive, translating business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions while delivering data-driven insights that strengthen culture and performance. This role reports to the Director of Yum! Learning &amp; Organizational Development and includes one direct report.</p><p>Salary Range: $142,500 - $167,600 annually + bonus eligibility. <i><strong>This is the expected salary range for this position.
