If you enjoy hands-on work, travel, and being part of innovative and meaningful projects, this opportunity could be for you!</p><p>Join a people-first company where innovation, growth, and sustainability are at the heart of what we do.</p></span><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Benefits</span></strong></p><ul><li>Profit sharing bonus program;</li><li>Extensive training for the position;</li><li>Group Insurance plan including dental, vision &amp; telemedicine;</li><li>401K plan with employer&#39;s contribution;</li><li>Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year;</li><li>Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Day-to-Day</span></strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of the deployment of Flexbox&trade; units and pilot systems across North America;&nbsp;</li><li>Support the operation, service, and maintenance of mobile assets in both field and facility environments;&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely, and adjust plans based on urgency and operational needs;&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, automation, commissioning, and project management;&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with system installation, startup, commissioning, and performance tuning at client sites;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure systems are properly installed, configured, and maintained to meet operational requirements;&nbsp;</li><li>Track spare parts usage and maintain accurate inventory records;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation, including service reports, deployment logs, and lessons learned;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support ongoing operations and resolve issues;&nbsp;</li><li>Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or recurring issues and propose improvements to asset design and deployment strategies;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in factory acceptance testing (FAT), wet testing, and maintenance activities at H<sub>2</sub>O Innovation facilities;&nbsp;</li><li>Follow safety standards and meet all site access requirements while maintaining a high level of professionalism.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Skills We Are Looking for</span></strong></p><ul><li>Relevant technical site experience (for example, testing and operations experience), construction, and commissioning, as well as good IT and analytical skills; &nbsp;</li><li>Mechanically inclined with ability to disassemble and reassemble piping, valves, equipment, etc.;&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license;&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;&nbsp;</li><li>Must be available to travel unrestricted in both USA and Canada - 80% of the work requires traveling; &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and technologies;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and P&amp;IDs;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to meet all customer site access requirements and maintain a high degree of behavioral safety in all aspects of work;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills;&nbsp;</li><li>Be autonomous, resourceful and meticulous;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide excellent customer service;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge in various PLC programming software (Asset);&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in and knowledge of a variety of UF, RO, MBR technologies, chemical dosing kits, pumps, compressors, blowers, instrumentation, valves, screening systems, cartridge filters, etc. (Asset)</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">#ZR</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">#SOS</span></p><p><img src=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/cccustom/Client/Recruitment/growwithh2o_154a2127-f5c7-4ad3-84be-2be2f1c8430e.png\" style=\"width: 230px;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib\"></p></div></div>\n",
