A recruiter will be in touch when possible.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will I be doing? </span><span>Using your expertise in </span>intelligence management<span>, you will be </span>providing a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">. In addition, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting</li>\n<li>Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings</li>\n<li>Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities</li>\n<li>Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings</li>\n<li>Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience, training, and education do I need?</span></p>\n<p><span>You must meet the </span><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements</span><span>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination</li>\n<li>At least 8 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years</li>\n<li>7 years demonstrated experience related to the specific labor category in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education</li>\n<li>Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline<br></li>\n<li>Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the position </li>\n<li>Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced</li>\n<li>Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution</li>\n<li>Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence</li>\n<li>Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems</li>\n<li>Ability to provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies</li>\n<li>Ability to use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives </li>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of Army editing standards, Classification standards and the DIA style guide</li>\n<li>Possesses elevated skills in writing, initiative, editorial judgment and professional collaboration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Where is the client site that I would be working for? </span>You will be working in Fairfax County, Virginia. <span>Address disclosed after your clearance is verified.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Inflow is an EEO/Affirmative action employer and is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
