    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Customary Days: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>2-2-3 (Rotating shift) 24/7 Operation</p><p><strong>Customary Hours: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>84 hours every two week</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and wiring for manufacturing equipment, as well as provide preventative maintenance associated with electrical issues.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p><strong><u>Education and Experience:</u></strong><em>&nbsp;The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent</li><li>Associate degree or technical apprenticeship preferred</li><li>Advance education in fields related to the job (electrical, electronic, pneumatic</li></ul><p>systems and hydraulic controls).</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with PLC programming</li><li>Knowledge of NEC requirement</li></ul><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Work from complex engineering and manufacturers drawings</li></ul><p>or manuals to complete projects and assigned work.</p><ul><li>Ability to use both Mechanical/Electrical hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Ability to use and/or willingness to perform work using Ladders and mobile equipment such as: &nbsp;fork trucks, manlifts, scissor lifts and cranes.</li><li>Ability to use and/or wiliness to be trained to do rigging using chains, shackles, lifting eyes, slings, come-a-longs, chain falls and cranes as necessary to disassemble and reassemble equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to use calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches and other specialized tools to help troubleshoot, diagnose and determine root causes of equipment failures.</li><li>Ability to use electrical/electronic testing equipment to such as multi-meters, ammeters, megohm meters, high potential testers, oscilloscopes, digital probes to troubleshoot and repair equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair/maintain motor control centers, motor start circuits, control</li></ul><p>loops, generators, high voltage switchgear, protective relaying, and related</p><p>equipment, transformers, transfer switches and switch gears.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Install and maintain control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays,</li></ul><p>circuit breakers, and control panels.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Troubleshoot and/or modify PLC control logic as necessary. Install and calibrate</li></ul><p>pressure, temperature, flow, and level controls.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Install and maintain drive systems such as variable frequency drives, eddy current,</li></ul><p>and DC drives. Install and maintain programmable logic control systems (PLC).</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Run conduit, pull wires/cables and wire termination.&nbsp;</li><li>Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test for adequate operation.</li><li>Remain in compliance with the current National Electrical Code.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Effectively communicate problems and solutions to resolve electrical problems</li><li>Assist in establishing and maintaining scheduled maintenance programs for plant</li></ul><p>equipment.
