This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple departments withinDeposit Operations, ensuring continuity of daily processes and providing coverage during peakperiods or staff absences\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2> \n<ul>\n <li>Perform daily tasks across various departments including ACH & Cash Ops, Balance Control, ATM & Card Operations, Deposit Account Maintenance, Documentation, Research Returns, Wire Transfers, and more.</li>\n <li>Provide coverage and support during high-volume periods or when team members are unavailable.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and branch representatives.</li>\n <li>Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.</li>\n <li>Assist with training and special projects as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements For Success</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.</li>\n <li>3–6 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems with ease.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of banking regulations and operational procedures.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across departments.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for training or conversions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Conditions of Employment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check</li>\n <li>This is a full-time, non-remote position; flexible scheduled required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Non-Exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.</p>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $38,769.00 - USD $57,876.00 /Yr.",
