Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>VP Production Services Infrastructure Support</strong>&nbsp;to join our Technology Services Group&nbsp;team. This role is located in <strong>Pune .</strong></p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Deliver high-complexity, re-usable AI Capabilities and AI transformation to achieve efficiencies with SMEs within the teams.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Manage AI demand intake and help prioritize work against business, operational, resiliency, and control needs.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Coordinate delivery across engineering, production services, architecture, and relevant stakeholders to support execution of approved AI use cases.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs/KRIs, and portfolio status; provide regular reporting and escalation.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Support governance processes to ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise standards, controls, and risk expectations.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Drive adoption and change management for delivered AI capabilities, including communications, enablement, and community-building activities.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Measure and report business/operational impact and maintain visibility of outcomes versus plan.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Provide Production support for AI solutions in conjunction with SMEs within the teams</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Implement critical Run-the-Bank (RTB) and new projects related to Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP Google brain), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS).</span><br><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Strong knowledge and experience working in Network infrastructure, Network operations, or enterprise infrastructure environments.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Technical depth: AI agents, LLMs, MCP, &nbsp;MLOps, data/platform architecture</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Experience in engineering, production services, service management, or technology program/delivery leadership.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management in a controlled technology environment.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Familiarity with monitoring, incident/problem/change management, operational resiliency, and performance reporting.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Experience implementing the Agentic AI solutions for the infrastructure teams</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Demonstrated success driving AI or data-driven solutions from idea through implementation and adoption.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.</span></li><li><span>Communicates clearly and often to relevant stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Operates with a strong control focus and sound risk awareness.</span></li><li><span>Collaborates across teams, influences without hierarchy, and supports a learning culture.</span></li><li><span>Challenges status quo appropriately while driving continuous improvement.</span></li><li><span>Executes with speed and order, with strong ownership and follow-through.10 -12 years of related infrastructure experience required;
