Your Role & Responsibilities

The Commonwise Caregiver helps clients thrive by supporting their safety, autonomy, and quality of life.
Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
Provide reliable care during times of need
Advocate for clients in community settings
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies
Physical Demands
Frequent bending required
May include driving
Requires strong visual, auditory, and communication skills
Must be able to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs
