Site Portal&reg;, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex multi-vendor environments.</p><p>&nbsp;Since 1999, C Squared Systems has executed turnkey In-Building wireless solutions using state-of-the-art analysis tools to deliver RF solutions that exceed project scope and customer expectations. Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.</p><p>C Squared Systems is currently seeking a mid-level construction project manager to assist with the implementation and construction phases for In-Building DAS projects. The construction project manager will report to the Construction Supervisor, but will work directly with Engineers and Technicians on a daily basis. They are responsible for ensuring the project goes smoothly from commencement to completion. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must possess both project management and construction management skills as they will be working on various types of projects. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and must provide timely and detailed updates. They will be exposed to various DAS standards and must be able to adapt to a growing industry. This is a full-time hourly position that requires the employee to be flexible with their work schedule to accommodate customers&rsquo; needs.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Directly oversee and lead projects from start to finish&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and update project trackers to ensure deadlines and completion dates are met</li><li>Interface with various sub-contractor trades and give direction as needed</li><li>Attend site surveys and bid walks and provide detailed notes for the scope of work</li><li>Maintain customer relationships through efficient communication and professionalism</li><li>Perform frequent quality control checks on each job site and address any issues that occur</li><li>Provide clear and informative updates to team members and customers</li><li>Daily travel to various job sites within the tri-state and outlying regions (NY, PA, NJ, CT, DE)</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2 year college or technical degree</li><li>3 to 5 years of related experience.
