If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role and know how to turn challenges into solutions, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong><br>Lead and support on-site maintenance teams in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and more<br>Drive performance improvements and implement strategies that enhance maintenance team effectiveness<br>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable building codes<br>Contribute expert insight to annual budgeting and identify capital projects nearing end-of-life<br>Oversee completion of capital projects on time and within budget<br>Partner in hiring, training, and developing maintenance supervisors and team members<br>Provide interim property support during staffing gaps<br>Conduct property audits, inspections, and ensure high standards for service requests, curb appeal, and unit turns<br>Collaborate with Regional Managers to resolve site challenges and enhance operations<br>Lead preventative maintenance programs and safety audits<br>Manage vendor relationships and support rehab and due diligence projects<br>Facilitate monthly portfolio meetings and quarterly property inspections</p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong><br>Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience required<br>Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience<br>Minimum 5 years within the apartment or multifamily industry<br>HVAC Certification <strong>required</strong><br>CPO Certification <strong>required</strong><br>Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills<br>Ability to travel regularly throughout the region<br>Preferred location: North Carolina</p><p><strong>Why Pedcor Homes?</strong><br>At Pedcor Homes, we don&rsquo;t just maintain properties, we build strong communities and invest in our people.
