Ideal candidate is a seasoned hospice leader that has multi-site management experience, passion for hospice, and strong operational background.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>***Must be within driving distance of territory and willing to spend at least 75% of time in the assigned territory.  Must have prior hospice management experience.***</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Area Director of Operations is responsible for administering and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of multiple hospice programs/locations consistent with established goals, objectives, policies, and regulations of Care Hospice. The Area Director of Operations is also responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures applicable to hospice regulatory guidelines. The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
