Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a summer full time internship working 40 hours per week. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position pays: $17/ hour</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are currently hiring at one of the following locations:</strong></p>\n<strong>1524 11th St, Huntsville, TX 77340</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, <strong>with a graduation date of August 2026 - December 2026.</strong> </li>\n <li>Must be willing to commit to our summer program minimally working <strong>40 hrs.</strong> per week (starting <strong>May 26, 2026</strong>).<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement within the last 4 years in <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>- </strong>defined as, commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential (e.g - serving/restaurant/bar, retail, hospitality industry).\n  <ul>\n   <li>if no sales experience, will consider 1 year of experience or involvement within the past 4 years in any of the following: military, collegiate athlete, or leadership role within an academic organization.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n</ul>",
