The successful applicant will collaborate closely with partners and managers to identify areas for improvement, leverage innovative technologies to streamline operations, and oversee the full implementation of digital transformation projects.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This position will be permanently based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Research emerging trends, tools, and process enhancements relevant to Outsourcing services (e.g., accounting, payroll and corporate secretaries’ functions).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate and deploy automation tools, integrations, and workflow management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in Outsourcing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of system and process enhancements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan and monitor innovation project performance, track results, report outcomes and impact of innovation projects to leadership and stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains regular communication with Forvis Mazars’ regional and global innovation communities to exchange best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and develop solutions that enhance the efficiency of outsourcing operations, including client-facing and internal processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develops training materials and delivers training sessions to ensure smooth adoption by relevant teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supports the onboarding and governance of innovation tools, ensuring compliance with internal policies on data protection, risk management, and IT governance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Stay informed of emerging trends in financial technology, automation, and process transformation relevant to the accounting industry.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related fields.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Has at least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a professional services firm.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of Singapore accounting operations and compliance requirements – accounting, tax and payroll. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience in system implementation, automation tools, or workflow optimisation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Technical skills such as Excel VBA, SQL, Power BI or basic programming (e.g., Python) will be advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English, and the ability to work across all levels. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Client service focused, entrepreneurial and commercial thinker.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Forvis Mazars Asia Pacific Services Sdn Bhd (FMAPS) is a Malaysia incorporated company and a member firm of Forvis Mazars, an international Advisory and Accountancy Group that operates as a single integrated partnership.
