    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Assemble electronic or mechanical products from blueprints using assembly fixtures and power bench tools.  Cut & crimp wires, form, connect and perform simple soldering in accordance with instructions. Fit and align fine electronic assemblies, recognize defective parts, inspect and test final assemblies on a variety of assembly operations</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Kanban Inventory process</li>\n <li>Count and record parts from inventory with accuracy using basic math skills  </li>\n <li>Communicate shortages, scrap and delays when applicable</li>\n <li>Read caliper, tape measure and interpret work instructions </li>\n <li>Identify the correct colored wire(s) per work instructions</li>\n <li>Operate small hand and power tools  </li>\n <li>Perform cuts, crimps, connections and soldering</li>\n <li>Use computer software to locate and print assembly drawings</li>\n <li>Identify and obtain accurate assembly fixtures as called by Work Order</li>\n <li>Assemble products to Work Order specifications</li>\n <li>Perform assembly tasks to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity</li>\n <li>Package product for shipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school or general education (GED) preferred  </li>\n <li>Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required</li>\n <li>2 years mechanical or electrical assembly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  </li>\n <li>Complete standardized written documentation and correspondence.  </li>\n <li>Professionally communicate in one-on-one and small group situations.  </li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic electronic tasks using computer software and Microsoft Office.                         </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions/Physical Demands: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Environment is a modern production facility with heat and air conditioning</li>\n <li>Ability to use fine motor skills (hand and fingers) to routinely manipulate assemblies, hand and power tools, wires, fixtures, and parts</li>\n <li>The job requires the operation of material handling equipment </li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally required to stand; bend, kneel, twist, reach overhead routinely to retrieve inventory or pack shipments</li>\n <li>Required to maneuver routinely </li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely </li>\n <li>Ability to lift 31 pounds to 50 pounds occasionally</li>\n <li>Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance occasionally</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds over shoulders occasionally </li>\n <li>Ability to lift over 25 pounds over shoulders rarely</li>\n <li>Ability to push/pull up to 25 pounds regularly</li>\n <li>Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds occasionally</li>\n <li>Required to climb a ladder regularly </li>\n <li>Required to safely ride product up to 14 feet in the air while performing product testing</li>\n</ul>",
