    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Blue Ops is looking to add an Associate to our growing M&amp;A team out of our Bloomington office.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a unique opportunity to work directly on private equity transactions and M&amp;A engagements, supporting financial diligence, transaction analysis, and deal execution for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Associate will play a key role in financial analysis, modeling, and diligence workstreams, working closely with experienced team members to support transaction insights and client deliverables.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including Quality of Earnings (QoE), EBITDA, and working capital analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain financial models and Excel-based analyses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze financial and operational data to identify transaction risks, trends, and value drivers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with data collection, organization, and financial profiling for diligence engagements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support preparation of client presentations and diligence reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help manage engagement timelines and deliverables across deal teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal team members and clients to support deal execution and transaction analysis</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1.5–4 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial diligence, consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Background from Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms, consulting firms, or strong corporate finance programs preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong financial statement analysis and financial modeling skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced Excel proficiency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to analyze financial and operational data and communicate insights clearly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interest in M&amp;A, private equity, and transaction advisory</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to analytics tools or financial reporting technologies such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CPA, CFA, or CMA (or progress toward certification)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Blue Ops?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct exposure to private equity transactions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience across the full M&amp;A lifecycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Opportunity to work with PE firms and portfolio company leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fast-paced consulting environment with strong career development opportunities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits Summary</span><br>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth.
