Our team members are the soul of our company, and they embody our company values:</p>\n<p>Integrity – Empowerment – Relationships – Performance – Innovation – Balanced Life</p>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Workers will perform a combination of the following duties to maintain grounds/turf of golf course in playing condition: grade new turf area; apply fertilizer; mow rough and fairway areas; cut turf; assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; plant and trim trees and shrubs; use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Smile and greet guests when nearby.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide service quickly and efficiently.</p></li>\n <li><p>Offer help and options as needed.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs frequently</li>\n <li>No education required; 1 month of golf course or landscape maintenanceexperience preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, andstanding for extended periods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong><strong>Full-time:</strong> 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, starting March 1, 2026.<strong>Part-time:</strong> Opportunities available starting April 1, 2026. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Wage</strong>:Starting rate of $20.00 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<p><strong>As a valued full time member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n <li>Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire.</li>\n <li>Pet insurance</li>\n <li>Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).</li>\n <li>Company provided uniforms</li>\n <li>Employee meals are supplied during the summer months.</li>\n <li>Transportation: Provided to and from Cornerstone; no reimbursement if transportation is not provided.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position will be posted until June 30th, 2026, unless filled sooner.</p>",
