Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Leader, this individual contributor collaborates cross-functionally with various teams and is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment—all while maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient work environment within the respective FuzeRx location.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Inventory Receiving &amp; Organization</b>: Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming medical supplies and equipment.</p></li><li><p><b>Order Fulfillment &amp; Shipment Preparation</b>: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to varying order requirements.</p></li><li><p><b>Workplace Maintenance &amp; Safety</b>: Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.</p></li><li><p><b>Inventory Tracking</b>: Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records in real time.</p></li><li><p><b>Inventory Audits</b>: Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.</p></li><li><p><b>Shipping &amp; Receiving:</b> Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols.</p></li><li><p><b>Issue Resolution:</b> Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment or inventory-related issues.</p></li><li><p><b>General Warehouse Support:</b> Assist with other warehouse operations and tasks as assigned by leadership.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><p>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>2&#43; years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment—experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Experience &amp; Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in regulated environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting fulfillment for healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply chains.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><br /><br /><b>Additional Information</b><br /> </h1><p>Additional Physical Job Requirements</p><p></p><p>Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move frequently around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
