font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Who We Want</em></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">SPEVCO is looking for a full-time, program-specific Class A CDL Tour Manager who will travel with this program full-time in the state of Arkansas.  As a Tour Manager, you'll partner with SPEVCO's Event Operations team and a partner Brand Ambassador to produce exciting and engaging Workforce Development events at high schools around the state of Arkansas.  It is a requirement that you are a resident of the state of Arkansas.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">We'll train you to set up this custom, double-expandable trailer and to operate all of the various interactive stations and simulators onboard the trailer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">You'll travel the state, typically Monday - Friday.  </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Specific schedules may vary from week to week</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Breaks are built around the school schedule, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and some time during summers</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">As a Class A CDL holder, you will safely drive the event Tractor/Trailer to each event site to set up for the day</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Execute the day's event, and pack up for the next day's event in partnership with a Brand Ambassador</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">You'll ensure the event trailer and all interactive exhibits and simulators are clean, operational, and safe</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">You'll be expected to assist the students with the interactive components of the trailer (approximately 25-30 students per class on board the event trailer)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Tear down the trailer and pack exhibits each day at the end of the event</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">While tour stops are pre-planned, you'll need to work with your point of contact at each school/event site to ensure the day's events are properly planned for</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
