In this role, you’ll provide job readiness training, career counseling, job placement assistance, and post-employment support. You’ll also deliver transition services for youth with disabilities, helping them build social, vocational, and workplace skills as they prepare for life after school.</p><p><br></p><p>This position works closely with job seekers, employers, schools, and community partners to create successful employment pathways. You will also coordinate community-based learning experiences, youth employment camps, and work-based learning opportunities.
