We have an in-house Architectural Finishes &amp; Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.  </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager at our Fort Myers office.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and update the master project schedule monthly in collaboration with the Superintendent</li>\n<li>Conduct constructability reviews and collaborate with Estimators on alternate construction means and methods, site logistics, general requirements, hoisting systems, and staffing requirements.</li>\n<li>Participate in preconstruction meetings with Owner/Architect, monitoring document design and development, establishing goals and milestones, and overseeing project development within budget and schedule.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Assign project team responsibilities, establish administrative procedures, develop performance goals, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop effective communication mechanisms and conflict resolution strategies among project participants.</li>\n<li>Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring new employees.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company processes and technology utilization.</li>\n<li>Manage accounting functions and budget, prepare schedule of values, implement billing process, expedite Owner payments, and establish positive cash flow.</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit owner Change Order Requests, review Owner Change Orders, and update Job Cost Budget.</li>\n<li>Submit accurate monthly Project Status Reports, identify and manage risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation and capture strategies.</li>\n<li>Regularly monitor construction progress, hold status meetings with subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Manage Subcontractor performance, provide notices, and take corrective actions for any issues.</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed Project Information/Close-Out Forms and Photography for the Marketing Database.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need to be successful: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of ten (10) + years’ experience in managing commercial projects valued at $25 million and up.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Strong decision making/problem solving skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable public speaking ability.</li>\n<li>Understanding of contracts and risk management.</li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Strong decision making/problem solving skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable public speaking ability.</li>\n<li>Understanding of contracts and risk management.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects in excess of $35 million.</li>\n<li>Bi-lingual is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p>At Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
