Responsibilities What You’ll Do Design and Engineering Design electrical systems for buildings projects Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction documents Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical engineers Ensure designs meet industry codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Project Delivery Support the planning, design, and construction phases of infrastructure projects Monitor project scope, schedule, and budgets for assigned tasks Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise Assist with construction observation, field reviews, and troubleshooting during project implementation Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams Mentor junior engineers and technical staff Support proposal development and help grow client relationships Contribute to innovative solutions that improve infrastructure performance and reliability Qualifications What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Experience 4+ years of electrical engineering experience Skills Knowledge of electrical systems Familiarity with engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and technical writing abilities Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple project priorities Licensure Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required Why MSA?
