          "text": "<p>RESPEC seeks a Engineer-In-Training in our Land Development sector, located in San Antonio, TX or Castroville, TX.           "text": "<p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related engineering discipline</li><li>Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or have the ability to obtain within a year of employment</li><li>4 years&#xa0;of relevant land development engineering experience in the following areas:<ul><li>Private-sector commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development</li><li>Preparing engineering reports, civil construction plans, and permitting submittals</li><li>Working within small to mid-sized design teams</li><li>Providing land development engineering services in Texas</li><li>Knowledgeable of stormwater analysis, site drainage, and civil design standards</li></ul></li><li>Practical application of various software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, &#xa0;Hydraflow Express, Bentley storm suites and other common hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Central&#xa0;Texas market experience, particularly the San Antonio and Austin regions</li><li>Familiarity&#xa0;with local and state permitting agencies and development regulations</li><li>Experience on&#xa0;private site development and public works projects, including street, drainage, and utility design, as stand-alone assignments or as part of multidisciplinary project teams</li></ul>",
