    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>LOGISTICS SPECIALIST - 1ST SHIFT</strong></p><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Hourly position based upon experience &amp; skill level</li><li>Contract with possible contract extension or hire</li><li>Standard work hours: Mon - Fri 7:00am-3:30pm (after hours and weekend if project demands)</li><li>Location: Onsite- Client site in New Albany, OH</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primarily Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction.&nbsp; Proactively anticipates and defuses potential customer and vendor problems related to freight, packaging and delivery.</li><li>Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements.</li><li>Processes customer requests for industry compliance.&nbsp; Works with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure that all necessary documents are received and customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge, Abilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Warehouse operations, inventory control, asset management.</li><li>Pull, stage, and QA orders for delivery.</li><li>Receive and put away all deliveries.</li><li>Receiving goods in SAP.</li><li>Manage all aspects of the material trackers including reporting</li><li>Resolve AP issues.</li><li>Tracking of all deliveries</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>SAP</strong> (or similar ERP system) and <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> applications</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to recommend and implement process improvements</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize within many different projects&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong reporting skills&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Excel in time management</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education/Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Requirements:&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</li><li><strong>5 years</strong> of experience in similar role</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong> - None</p><p><i>This job description is designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee; it is not meant to be all-inclusive for any one position.
