    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Network Solutions Architect partners with the 11:11 Systems sales team to both acquire new customers and grow existing customer accounts, leading pre-sales technical discussions with a particular emphasis on WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, Internet, private connectivity, and managed network services. As a Network Solutions Architect, you will uncover and translate customer network and connectivity requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions leveraging 11:11 Systems&rsquo; products and services.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time US-based remote position and will report to the Director of Solutions Architecture.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in multiple concurrent sales opportunities, acting as the network subject-matter expert during discovery, design, and proposal stages.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design customer solutions by using a consultative selling approach to identify client business and technical issues, determine desired outcomes, and architect network and managed telecom solutions that utilize 11:11 System&rsquo;s Network as a Service products and services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and others) to design, document, price, and quote end-to-end solutions for presentation to the customer, including network diagrams, bandwidth calculations, and resiliency designs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide an in-depth overview of 11:11 System&rsquo;s network and connectivity architecture and proprietary product capabilities, articulating how these deliver differentiated value in the market.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Continually seek industry and market information related to networking, cloud connectivity, and managed telecom to provide 11:11 Systems with data necessary for successful business development and roadmap input.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Represent 11:11 Systems at public events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer briefings, acting as a brand ambassador and thought leader for network and managed services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with the 11:11 Systems Code of Business Ethics and Company Values, and adhering to company data handling, security, and privacy policies.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or University degree required (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of experience in Networking and/or Security roles with a strong focus on routing, switching, WAN, and security technologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of experience in pre-sales Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering supporting network and connectivity solutions, or equivalent customer-facing technical experience with strong persuasive communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on experience in several of the following areas:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Enterprise IP networking (routing, switching, BGP, EVPN)</li><li>SD-WAN and/or SASE platforms</li><li>Managed network and telecom services (MPLS, Ethernet, DIA, private wave, broadband aggregation, etc.)</li><li>Cloud connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, private interconnects, IPsec, and similar)</li><li>Network security (firewalls, segmentation, zero trust network architecture)</li><li>Hybrid multi-cloud environments integrating network, compute, and storage across on-premises and cloud platforms.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong customer interfacing skills, including the ability to translate complex network and connectivity requirements into clear solution designs and business value for 11:11 Systems&rsquo; offerings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially presentation skills, in both large group and one-on-one settings, including the ability to whiteboard network architectures and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Well-developed time-management, task-management, and note-taking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and priorities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-motivated and flexible, demonstrating passion, enthusiasm, and self-confidence that translates well to customers, partners, and colleagues, with an investigative mindset focused on problem solving.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Up to 25% travel may be required for customer meetings, workshops, and events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be located in PST time zone.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Actual pay is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Individuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization.
