The Assistant Store Manager will both partner and support the Store Manager in all aspects of the business operations of the Roark The ASM will help manage the entire guest experience, operations, customer flow, staff, and floor inventory as efficiently as possible. Open availabilty is a must. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Areas of Responsibility included but not limited to:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> Operations/Sales/Customer Service:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist the Store Manager with growing revenue by driving sales and business results through a premium guest experience, employee relations, and operations that are aligned with Roark Culture and Retail Operating Principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support Store Manager to Meet and/or exceed financial plan, including revenue plan, payroll budget, and overall store P&amp;L.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage and execute store product flow, restocking, overall back of house operations, supply needs, and daily store maintenance as directed by the Store Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Uphold visual merchandising directives within the store and maintain visual standards and brand image on a daily basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be a Roark product expert, understand the customer needs, share your product knowledge and guide our customers to product selections that meet their needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee Cashwrap &amp; POS procedures. Reconcile tills, process returns, exchanges, gift cards,and discounts accurately.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">People:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with the Store Manager in supervising the store team including recruiting, hiring, training, and career development. Adhere to and support a typical week structure and facilitate daily scheduling/zoning to support this.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Motivate and inspire staff to approach the sales floor each day with enthusiasm and outgoing stoke. Lead by example in everything you do.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains a Leadership presence and projects a credible and confident image; stands out among peer group.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Share your product and customer care knowledge with staff, provide coaching &amp; feedback relating to product and selling techniques in order foster productivity among the store team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with performance check-ins with staff in accordance to corporate calendar.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develops talent and helps others achieve their full potential; dedicates time to training and mentoring.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Events/Marketing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate, promote, and be present for all store events, unless otherwise approved by your manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help seek out local collaborations with relevant brands, artists, musicians and athletes to promote flagship location.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Goals:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist the Store Manager to lead the sales team in its goal of giving excellent Customer Service that customer loyalty and community is built.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help build Roark into a better version of itself by constant tactile and process improvements to o</span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">ur overall Sales/Customer Service approach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create the most unique and interesting retail store that speaks to what Roark has stood for since its inception.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are committed to offering our employees a challenging and rewarding work environment, a customer focused culture, and competitive pay and benefits.
