MAINTENANCE (OM)</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the Operations Superintendent to coordinate the proper transportation and storage of natural gas liquids supplies.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Supervise </span><span>truck loading operations and </span><span>ensure that </span><span>all other </span><span>terminal</span><span> activities are conducted in adherence to safety and other applicable regulations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist the Operations Superintendent with the resolution of technical and operational issues:</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Investigation of operational incidents and development of corrective and preventive actions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure that all issues and incidents are reported, investigated, and documented.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Log all relevant information into the CMMS.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>For all activities that require a permit to work, prepare the supporting documentation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform control room operations with regards to switching and isolation processes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee daily readings</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform routine equipment inspections to detect abnormal conditions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support and </span><span>comply with</span><span> all process safety management and risk management plan practices (EIS, PSM, MOC, etc.):</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Keep plant hazard analysis current and display thorough knowledge of </span><span>possible hazards</span><span> and associated safeguards.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain required regulatory documentation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work to achieve our goal of \"Zero Accidents\".</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the Reliability Team to execute predictive and preventive maintenance to </span><span>eliminate</span><span> catastrophic failures and unplanned maintenance.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain</span><span> </span><span>an</span><span> accurate</span><span> record of process data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in</span><span> hazard and risk assessments, including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) </span><span>reviews</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>PROCUREMENT &amp; LOGISTICS</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist the Operations Superintendent in providing the necessary input and specifications for all Purchase &amp; Service Order Agreements related to operations consumables.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist the Operations Superintendent in planning and securing the acquisition of materials and services </span><span>required</span><span> for the operation of the plant.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist the Operations Superintendent in </span><span>monitor</span><span>ing, scheduling, and </span><span>dispatching of</span><span> gas mobile trucks.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Propose training and development </span><span>program</span><span> for staff in line with technical and business needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Carry out performance appraisals and development plans with subordinate staff.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate the rotational schedule (on and off duty) of subordinate staff.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>BSc</span><span> in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical</span><span>, </span><span>Petrochemical Engineering or </span><span>any </span><span>other related engineering disciplines.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>KNOWLEDGE &amp;
