    "description_html": "<p><strong>Position: CNC Programmer </strong></p><p><strong>Type: Full-Time, 1st shift</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate proficiency with MasterCam and/or NX</li><li>Experience in using Solid Works is desired</li><li>Ability to read engineering prints and design documentation, including the ability to understand GD&T</li><li>Develop work-holding fixtures and select cutting tools</li><li>Must have ability to adjust speeds, feeds, tooling and operating sequences as needed and analyze G code</li><li>Specify perishable tooling and capable fixturing while applying continuous improvements to the manufacturing process.</li><li>Must have advanced knowledge of metal cutting as well as the ability to select and recommend test tooling</li><li>Multi-Axis and Multi-Spindle experience a plus</li><li>Integrate work with the Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and Scheduling Department to ensure a smooth flow of quality products through the factory.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong> <ul><li>An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering</li><li>Must have excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation</li><li>Familiarity with the latest technologies and equipment used in manufacturing processes</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience using: NX, Unigraphics and SolidWorks Software, Mastercam</li><li>Knowledge of raw materials</li><li>Knowledge of mathematics: algebra, geometry, calculus and geometry</li><li>Team leading ability</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage one’s time and time of the team</li><li>Ability to detect problems</li><li>Background of science, technology, engineering and mathematics</li></ul><br><b>Work Environment: </b><ul><li>While performing duties for this job, it’s required to alternate between standing and sitting.
