You will work on diverse projects for large corporate clients, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud-native tools to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science problems.<br>Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses.<br>Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable data pipelines and solutions.<br>Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br>Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.<br>Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and cloud computing.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</span><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.<br>4–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.<br>Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).<br>Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.<br>Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br>Familiarity with SQL and data engineering concepts.<br>Proven ability to work in a consulting or client-facing environment is a strong advantage.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preferred Skills</span><br>Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production.<br>Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).<br>Exposure to business domains such as finance, retail, or telecommunications.<br>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Why Join BlueSky?</span><br>Work on high-impact projects with top-tier clients.<br>Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and cloud-first team.<br>Access to continuous learning and professional development.<br>Flexible working arrangements and a supportive culture.</p>",
