Our offerings include high-quality power, control, and process automation services, as well as panel fabrication, renewable energy, and energy retrofit solutions.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Ardent Services, LLC</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>An Instrument Technician must possess the knowledge and skill to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, test and repair instrument devices used to measure and control temperature, flow, pressure and level in industrial processes. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#ardent #CB1 #LI-RD1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work independently from drawings, schematics, diagrams and manuals.</li>\n <li>Familiar with instrument symbols and abbreviations utilized in instrument loop drawings, piping and instrument drawings (PIDS) and flow diagrams.</li>\n <li>Safely use all test equipment required to troubleshoot, test and calibrate temperature, pressure, flow and level transmitters, indicators and controllers.</li>\n <li>Familiar with logic and operational concepts involved in pneumatic and electronic instrument control loops.</li>\n <li>Familiar with the installation of tubing and fittings used in conjunction with high/low pressure sensing lines, air supplies and purges for instrument devices. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA Electrical Safe Work Practices as it pertains to the instrument technician’s scope of work.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of use, limitations and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment required for the assigned work.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with working form elevated work areas and personnel lift equipment. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with the assigned work including but not limited to Lockout/Tagout, Confined Spaces, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting, and Hazcom procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>MUST HAVE VALID TWIC</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
