Marketing Manager: The Portfolio Revenue Accelerator! While this is a fully remote position , we are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and forward-thinking marketing professional to drive digital performance across our growing hotel portfolio .
Your Challenge: Plan, Execute, and Optimize Digital Marketing & Sponsored Advertising to Maximize Portfolio Revenue & Market Share!
Ready to take ownership of the digital marketing, sponsored advertising, and online presence for an assigned hotel portfolio? We're looking for a proactive, goal-oriented leader to step in as our Marketing Manager ! This role demands a highly organized, creative, and data-driven professional who can align targeted marketing activities with revenue strategy to ensure maximum occupancy, optimal ADR, and sustained RevPAR growth .

Your Essential Marketing & Strategic Duties You are the primary engine for portfolio digital performance, responsible for driving online visibility, managing digital assets, and optimizing campaign ROI .
Key Responsibilities Include:
Digital Advertising Mastery: Manage and optimize high-impact sponsored digital advertising campaigns across major OTA and brand-supported platforms, including Koddi and Expedia TravelAds .
Campaign Strategy & ROI: Monitor campaign pacing, bid strategies, and budget allocations . Proactively adjust campaigns based on market demand, need periods, grand openings, and ramp-up plans to maximize revenue contribution .
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to align marketing spend, promotions, and messaging with property-level rate strategies and demand forecasts .
Online Presence & Reputation Management: Maintain, audit, and optimize the portfolio’s presence across Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, OTA listings, and brand channels . Oversee online reputation and ensure brand-appropriate, timely review responses .
Collateral & Asset Management: Develop, edit, and maintain compelling property descriptions, promotional copy, email content, and digital creative . Coordinate photography and visual asset needs for new openings or renovations, maintaining an organized digital asset library .
Performance Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly and quarterly campaign reports . Analyze market trends and competitor activity to present actionable, data-backed recommendations to leadership .
Compliance & Excellence: Ensure all digital content, creative assets, and marketing activities strictly comply with applicable brand standards and corporate requirements .

Requirements for Success (The Non-Negotiables) This role requires a proven track record of digital marketing excellence, analytical capabilities, and strong hospitality business acumen .
Proven Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, or revenue-adjacent marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable performance impact .
Hospitality Knowledge: Strong understanding of core hospitality revenue concepts, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, and portfolio-level performance drivers .
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of OTA advertising platforms (Koddi, Expedia TravelAds), Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, and creative tools like Canva or Adobe Suite . High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is required .
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and directly related experience considered) .
Execution & Urgency: High level of organization, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency to successfully manage multiple hotels, campaigns, and tight deadlines .
Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 15% for property visits, brand trainings, and industry events .
