    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>POSITION AVAILABLE: </strong>Shop Mechanic</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LOCATION:</strong>Apache Junction, AZ</p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform major and minor repairs on equipment.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment, trucks and trailers.</li>\n <li>Maintain parts inventory and accurate records of repairs performed on equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long period of time.</li>\n <li>Determine equipment condition by conducting inspection and diagnostic test to identify worn and damaged parts.</li>\n <li>Complete preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment available for use.</li>\n <li>Verify equipment performance by operating equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 100lbs.</li>\n <li>Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by OSHA, MSHA and company policy.</li>\n <li>Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>(2-3) previous experience in similar position</li>\n <li>Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance</li>\n <li>Experience with Cummins insight, CAT ET, SIS a plus</li>\n <li>Takes instruction well from management - including the ability to demonstrates attention to detail, and active listening skills with the ability to learn quickly</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a field and shop environment with little to no supervision.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in all degrees of weather</li>\n <li>Must put SAFETY first by adhering to all safety rules</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate must be safety conscious with a record of working safely in the workplace.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits: 401k (6% Match), Profit Sharing, Health, Dental and Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your employment is for no predetermined period of time meaning this is not to be construed as an employment contract.
