Administrative Assistant "Building financial foundations for families to empower them today and leave a legacy for tomorrow". Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of office tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mail, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean, efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail, including packages and correspondence. Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents, ensuring proper archiving and easy access. Shred confidential documents in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations. Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas, conference rooms, break rooms etc. Assist with routine office tasks such as copying, faxing, and data entry as needed. Assist with various office projects or tasks as assigned. Qualifications : Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required. Must be within commutable distance and feel comfortable working 100% on-site. Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional interaction with staff, agents, visitors, and carriers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Friendly, approachable, and customer focused. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines. Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems. Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent; additional college coursework or certifications a plus. Must reside and be authorized to work in USA. Proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset; willingness to learn these languages valued.
