Skills</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>10+ years experience Technical &amp; Equipment Expertise:</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven experience operating a wide range of heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes)</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span>In-depth knowledge of excavation, earthworks, and underground utility work</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span>Understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with both on-road and off-road equipment operations</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Safety &amp;
