Description

About the Role: The Outside Sales position is a dynamic role focused on driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients across diverse industries throughout the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to meet customer needs while aligning with company objectives. This role requires frequent travel to client locations, enabling face-to-face interactions that build trust and foster long-term partnerships. The Outside Sales professional will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic account management. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in outside sales or a similar client-facing sales role, preferably within a B2B environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling technical products or services. Established network of industry contacts within the assigned territory. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. Additional language skills relevant to the territory. Certification in sales methodologies or professional sales training. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory. Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business leads. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client needs, demonstrate product benefits, and propose customized solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for client requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development. Skills: The required skills such as communication and negotiation are essential for effectively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals. Proficiency in CRM software enables the sales professional to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
